develop and disseminate tools for the use of wellbeing analysis

A Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme in
Wellbeing Assessment is launched in February 2010 at the University

Research
Religion and Development Consortium Joe Devine and
Sarah White are undertaking research on wellbeing and religion
as part of the DFID funded Religions and Development Research Programme
Consortium based at the University of Birmingham, 2005-2010. Their
research component uses the WeD framework to explore how religion
figures in the values and practices that make up people’s
understanding and experience of wellbeing in selected sites of
Bangladesh and India.
